About 2 weeks ago we got a BMW i8 from the Policaro BMW dealership in Brampton. We wanted to see if you could live with it and all the quirks.

This BMW i8 is the top of the range costing $158 368. This one is in Sophisto Grey Metallic with Frozen Grey Accents, fancy name but not a fancy color. It also has the Halo interior which gives you all the options. Lets start with the facts, it has 2 electric motors and a turbo'd 3 cylinder engine. In electric full electric mode it has 131 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. In comfort or just the gasoline engine it gives 231 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. But in sports mode the to motors work together and the third that is in the gearbox creates 362 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.
Cool features are that in sports mode it recharges the electric motor in under 35 minutes at 100 km/h. Also if you put it is electric mode when your in sport mode the lever moves back into drive.

The interior is nice but my one problem is that the seats have a hard seam line through the middle of them and it feels weird on your spine. Also the back seats are so small that we went out to get dinner with my grandparents and I sat in the back being the smallest and as I got out I fell flat on my face in front of people taking pictures of the car. Talking about pictures people love this car, when you get in it everybody just stares at you and your like look at me, cool and cooling the world. But the problem is that when we saw a bright blue Ford Focus RS I pointed at him and it was a teenager and he started trying to race us while we were in traffic.

It drives well and looks good as your saving the environment (although we only got 34 mpg) This was one of my best weeks ever.
